We created the Sunny Bedtime Ritual to help families create calmer, more predictable evenings.

Because we believe in the value of this ritual, every purchase is protected by our 7-Day Calm Evenings Guarantee.

If you genuinely try the ritual and feel it does not help your evenings feel calmer, you may request a refund.

Digital product policy

All products sold on Parents After Bedtime are digital products delivered instantly after purchase (audio files, PDFs, and ebooks).

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally considered final unless covered by our voluntary refund guarantee described below.

EU digital content notice

By purchasing and accessing our digital products, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content.

Under EU consumer law, this means you lose your statutory 14-day withdrawal right once digital content access or download begins.

Our 7-Day Calm Evenings Guarantee is therefore provided voluntarily as a customer satisfaction policy and goes beyond what is legally required.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Our refund policy is intended for families who genuinely felt the product did not meet their expectations.

Refunds are not intended for customers who have fully consumed and utilized the materials for their intended purpose and then request reimbursement.

When refunds may be refused

  • The request is made after 7 days
  • There is evidence of repeated refund abuse
  • Multiple purchases are refunded by the same customer
  • The request is not made in good faith
  • The product was clearly used as intended and the refund request is inconsistent with the purpose of the guarantee
